| Registration Information | ||||||||
Registration fees cover registration, meals and accomodation (accomodation includes the hotel room for 21st and 22nd with breakfast). Due to limited numbers of participants, a pre-registration will be required free of charge. In order to facilitate the selection of participants you will be asked to provide an abstract of your work and your CV during the registration procedure (we suggest to prepare word or pdf documents before to proceed to register). Selected participants will be informed by email in due time. Payment will be requested at that time to complete the full registration to the meeting. For technical reasons we will only accept bank transfer. Complete instructions will be given to the selected participants by email. |

| Accommodation | ||||||||
Accommodation will be provided either in single or in double occupancy rooms shared with other meeting participants. Roommate requests will be honoured if possible.. AYRE HOTEL GRAN VIA If your visit includes extra nights, please notify us so we can make the necessary arrangements. Other special arrangements can be arranged directly with the hotels. If you prefer to make your own accommodation arrangements you can check here for local hotels. |
