  Registration Information  
 

Registration fees cover registration, meals and accommodation (accommodation includes the hotel room for 25th and 26th with breakfast).
Coffee Breaks and lunches will take place at the conference venue. A dinner will be held for all participants on Thursday night.

Due to limited numbers of participants, a pre-registration will be required free of charge. In order to facilitate the selection of participants you will be asked to provide an abstract of your work (we suggest to prepare word or pdf documents before to proceed to register).

Selected participants will be informed by email in due time. Payment will be requested at that time to complete the full registration to the meeting. For technical reasons we will only accept bank transfer. Complete instructions will be given to the selected participants by email.

  
  Accommodation  
 

Accommodation will be provided either in single or in double occupancy rooms shared with other meeting participants. Roommate requests will be honoured if possible.
Please fill in “other special conditions” section of the registration form for roommate requests.

If your visit includes extra nights, please notify us so we can make the necessary arrangements. Other special arrangements can be arranged directly with the hotels.

  Abstract submission information  
 

Formatting guidelines:

  1. Do not use all capital letters for title or abstract body
  2. Please keep the body of your abstract to less than 3.500 characters
  3. Please enter all authors and affiliations before the abstract body. Underline the name of the author who is presenting the work
  
 
If you have submitted an abstract and it is chosen to be presented during one of the scientific sessions, you will be notified 2-3 weeks before the meeting.
